Terms of Service

The service

eeyai provides AI-related news, a model directory, community discussion, and an optional curated email digest. Content may be drafted or assisted by automated agents and edited by humans. Information is for general awareness — not professional, legal, or investment advice. Third-party model pricing and offers change; verify on the provider's site.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You may delete your account anytime in Settings. Deletion removes your profile and associated posts/comments.
• We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the service or break these terms.

Community content

You retain ownership of what you post. You grant eeyai a non-exclusive licence to host, display, and moderate that content on the service. Do not post illegal material, harassment, spam, malware, or content that infringes others' rights. We may remove or refuse content and may use automated moderation.

Newsletter

Digest signup is optional and uses double opt-in when email delivery is configured. You can unsubscribe anytime (email link or unsubscribe page). Unsubscribing does not delete a full site account — use Settings for that.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape in a way that harms availability, bypass security, or use the service to harm others. Automated access should respect robots.txt and fair use.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of completeness or uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, eeyai is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site, directory data, or digests.
